NOEMI STORME
FOUNDER/DIRECTOR/CONSULTANT
With two decade’s experience in the Aviation industry; and the last 10 years spent in positions accountable for Safety, Quality and Operational performance of various aviation businesses, Noemi has an excellent understanding of the various requirements of the aviation industry.
Backed with an Associate Degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Approved Form4 Holder with CASA & EASA, qualifications in Frontline Management, Quality Auditing, Safety Management Systems, Quality Management Systems and Lead Auditing (ISO accredited), as well as the ability to work hands on on-site, Noémi has the skillset and experience to compliment your business. Her previous roles have included Quality and Safety Manager, Senior Quality Advisor, Manufacturing Quality Engineer, Senior Assessment Expert, Final Release Inspector, Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical) and Technical Writer. Her experience extends to integrating CASR Part 145 requirements into customer’s operational procedures and manuals, streamlining and creating standardised templates for product documentation, training employees with new processes and documentation, developing quality and safety management systems, improving process flows through Lean management visual tools, developing standardised traceability databases, and performing as a Quality Lead.
The high-risk, high-visibility nature of the Aeronautical industry has given Noémi an excellent grounding in delivering effective operational management and Regulatory compliance in mission-critical environments. A forward thinker she is always seeking opportunities to improve processes whilst being mindful of costs and risks to your organisation. Through standardised work practices, with a passion for communication and innovation, she has consistently delivered optimal outcomes for her customers.
